Policies
Understand that you are paying for a service that is a privilege not afforded by many. My time is valuable and this process should be treated with respect, as should any other business transaction.
Fees are non-negotiable. You have the option of saying yes or no, but do not waste my time trying to ask for discounts. Not only does that set us off on the wrong foot, it’s likely I will not speak to you again.
DEPOSIT
A 50% session deposit is always required in order to book. This applies to established clients as well.
CANCELLATION
f you cancel less than 24 hours before our appointment, I require a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking total in order for you to remain in good standing with me.
If you must cancel less than 48 hours before our appointment, you are welcome to apply your deposit to a rebooking within 14 days.
In the rare event that I need to reschedule our appointment, your deposit will be applied toward the new appointment date.
Deposit refunds are only issued at my discretion and if your cancellation request is submitted prior to my having booked the hotel or play space.
COVID POLICY
I am fully vaccinated. Never risk making your Mistress ill. If you are feeling unwell, please let me know and we will discuss how to proceed. Any booking rental fees will need to be covered.
